These Terms of Service govern your use of the What's Next Athletics app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The Service

What's Next Athletics is a training app that connects athletes with their coach for individualized drills, video feedback, training programs, and progress tracking. Coach accounts manage a roster of athletes; athlete accounts are created by linking an invite code provided by their coach.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Athlete accounts are set up through a coach relationship. If you are a parent or guardian setting up or overseeing an account for a minor, you are responsible for that oversight.
A coach is responsible for the accuracy of the roster they manage and for removing athletes who are no longer part of their program.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, reflections, and other content you submit through the app. By submitting content, you grant WNA a license to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the app's features (such as showing a coach their athlete's swing video, or showing an athlete their own training history).

We do not sell your content, and we do not use it for advertising.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any purpose other than athletic training, coaching, and progress tracking.
Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share.
Attempt to access another user's account or content without authorization.
Use the app to collect or store information about other users beyond what the app itself provides.

Not Medical or Professional Advice

What's Next Athletics is a training and coaching tool. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice. Athletes and parents/guardians should use their own judgment, and consult a medical professional as needed, regarding any physical training, injury, or health concern.

Note on minors
Many WNA athletes are minors. Athlete accounts are created and managed through an existing coaching relationship with the athlete's parent or guardian. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how information related to minors is handled.

Termination

A coach may remove an athlete from their roster at any time, which removes that athlete's access and associated content as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access to the app for violation of these terms.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, What's Next Athletics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to injuries sustained during training activities suggested or tracked through the app.

Changes to These Terms

If these terms change, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
