How do I create an account?
Athlete accounts are set up through your coach. Your coach will give you an invite code to link your account inside the app.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen to reset it by email.
Who can see my training videos and feedback?
Only you and your coach can see your training content. Other athletes on the same roster cannot see your private feedback, videos, or progress.
How do I report a bug or technical issue?
Email us at the address above with a description of what happened and, if possible, a screenshot. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
How do I request that my data be deleted?
Contact us at the email above, or ask your coach to remove your account from their roster. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on data retention and deletion.
